Background

Liquid Group is a regional mobile payment services group headquartered in Singapore, with a presence in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. In partnership with regional payment operators, Liquid Group is building a regional payment acceptance network to enable local and cross-border QR payment acceptance services for e-wallets operators, banks and merchants.

Brief

As a concept, Splash encourages users to pursue their usual lifestyle whilst enjoying instant gratification. The idea of only needing a splash to achieve quick and effective results, translates versatility and ease of use. Members’ spend and earn habits are cultivated within this rewards ecosystem.

Design Rational

The  term “splash” holds multiple meaning.

1. The act of splashing in water signfies fun and energy
2. The action of spending is also often labelled as splashing
3. Splashing also creates a ripple effect, when seen on the surface of water.

Branding Applications

The logo can be used as a visual element throughout the adapation of assets. The name “Splash” also serves as a fun element when translated as a design element.
